Nona Biosciences Partners with Alaya.bio to Advance CAR-T Cell Therapy
Shots:
- Nona Biosciences and Alaya.bio have signed a collaboration agreement to develop, manufacture & administer CAR-T cell therapies by specifically targeting & reprogramming cells in situ
- The partnership will develop CAR-T candidates for clinical purposes by integrating Nona’s HCAb Harbour Mice platform and site-specific conjugation technology with Alaya.bio’s polymeric in situ delivery platform
- Alaya.bio gains access to Nona’s antibodies against various targets from which it will select binders to be combined with the polymeric nanoparticles in a site-specific manner through Nona’s technology, advancing the CAR candidates into clinical trials
